Archery is known around the world as one of the competitions that Asia excels at. This had been proven in various international sporting competitions time and time again. Competition of archery had been one of the events in Asian Games starting from 1978 Bangkok Asian Games. South Korea, Japan, China, Chinese Taipei and North Korea leads the overall medal table from first to fifth respectively.
